Who are FHSW ?

Future, Health, Safety & Wellbeing (FHSW) are a small business who support employers with Health, safety & wellbeing issues within their organisations. From developing and implementing health, safety & wellbeing strategy and training packages, to providing advice for specific needs such as bid submissions and employee engagement.

FHSW has a mission to help employers understand the impact that a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture can have on the success of their business. We strive to support employees to manage their own health, safety and wellbeing in a world that is often full of influences beyond their control.

We understand that lots of businesses do not operate on a 9-5 basis, therefore we are available to deliver training to your workforce at times and dates to suit your shift patterns.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Management of mental health in the workplace is often a topic that is difficult to understand. We can help your business develop a Mental Health strategy and implement a training programme that suits your needs. From short awareness sessions ensuring all your employees understand the topic, to exploring the subject in more detail with line managers, enabling them to support and signpost their staff if they require further intervention.

The final stage is to have Mental Health First Aiders trained within your workplace. As a approved Mental Health First Aid England instructor member, we can deliver the 2 day adult MHFA course as well as the 4 hour refresher (recommended every 3 years) in house for your employees. Health & Safety Training / Workshops

Creating a positive Health & Safety Culture can improve overall business performance. We want to support employees to manage their own Health & Safety whilst at work by giving them the tools to make decisions to keep them and others healthy and safe whilst carrying out their day to day roles.

We offer various training programmes, from general awareness workshops of 1 hour to a half/ full day to 3 day management courses.

(All training courses are designed specifically to each meet the business needs of each client).
